The (Roman Catholic) Archdiocese of Taunggyi (Latin: Archidioecesis Taunggyiensis) is located in the Shan State of Myanmar. The dioceses of , , Pekhon and are suffragans of the archdiocese. The cathedral of the archdiocese is the St. Joseph's Cathedral in Taunggyi.
The diocese of Taunggyi on March 21 1961 by splitting from the diocese of Taungngu and was a suffragan of the Mandalay) and Loikaw and Taungngu (from ) were assigned to the new ecclesiastical province. After the split the archdiocese has 7,350 catholics out of a total population of 1.5 million. It is subdivided into 12 parishes, and has a total number of 25 priests. It covers an area of 26,850 km².
